What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and how is it different from SEO?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the practice of making a brand more likely to be mentioned and recommended in answers generated by AI assistants such as ChatGPT and DeepSeek. SEO focuses on where a web page ranks in search results; GEO focuses on whether your brand appears inside the AI's answer, where it ranks among alternatives, and whether the tone is positive. PeiGEO measures and tracks these signals over time.
How is the AI Visibility Score calculated?
The AI Visibility Score is a 0–100 score weighted from mention rate, ranking position and sentiment across AI answers. It summarizes how a brand performs in AI-generated answers and is updated after every collection run.

How much does PeiGEO cost? Is it a subscription?
PeiGEO is pay-as-you-go, not a subscription: credit packs are one-time purchases with no monthly or annual billing and no auto-renewal, and credits are deducted based on actual AI model usage. Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace receives 200 free credits, valid for 15 days, with no credit card required.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. Free sign-up credits are valid for a limited period (currently 15 days) and are used first when you hold both kinds of credits.
How often is data collected?
You can trigger a collection run manually at any time from the brand overview page, or set up a recurring schedule so it runs automatically. Each run returns AI answers and visibility scores within minutes.
Can I share reports with clients?
Yes. You can export a PDF report at any time, and also share a per-brand read-only link that needs no login and can be revoked at any time.
Do I need to write the tracking questions myself?
No. After you enter the brand name, website and industry — and optionally up to 5 competitors — PeiGEO auto-generates 40 tracking questions that mirror real prompts such as category recommendations and product comparisons. You can edit, delete or add questions in the question bank.
