1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PeiGEO, a product of AIBars Insighto (the "Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is an AI visibility monitoring and GEO optimization SaaS platform that helps businesses understand how their brands are mentioned, ranked, and perceived across major AI large language models, and generate shareable client reports.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information and for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share accounts or use accounts for unauthorized purposes.
4. Credit Purchases and Payment
The Service uses a credit-based billing model. New workspaces receive free credits under the current rules; the amount and validity period shown on the registration and pricing pages apply. You may purchase credit packages as needed. Payments are processed through Paddle; current packages, prices, and applicable terms are shown on our pricing page. Purchased credits are added after successful payment and do not expire. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change packages or prices without affecting credits already added to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk via automated means; (c) attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures; or (d) use the Service for any fraudulent or misleading activity.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and all of its content, features, and technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and do not convey any ownership rights.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Service Interruption
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
